My name is Dawn and I was with my mom during this process (via phone due to me living in another state). The process of deciding to sell your home is not an easy one. This was the last thing that my late grandmother left to her. She went back and forth, trying to talk herself out of selling. The first person she spoke with at Pinnacle was Monique, who was beyond patient with her during her unsure period. She listened, never pressured her to do anything until she felt comfortable. At 71, she felt overwhelmed and no matter when or what time “we” called her, she was always available to answer any questions.
